We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is coming soon!
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Tracking Your Order
All shipments include tracking. Track your package in real-time from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Delivery Hours
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, between 9 AM and 7 PM local time. A signature may be required for high-value items.

All products are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. High-value items receive extra protection.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot redirect packages once they've been shipped. Contact us immediately if you notice an error.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 48 hours at graytechcompany@gmail.com. We'll resolve the issue promptly.
